The Affordable Health Care Act will be the topic of discussion at this month’s Democratic Women’s Club of Bay County meeting. Theresa Chase and Cynthia Cook, members of the Tallahassee League of Women Voters, will be the guest speakers at October’s meeting. The meeting begins at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 20 inside the Community Room at the Hancock Bank of Florida Corporate Building on 23rd Street in Panama City. A light luncheon buffet is available for a $10 fee.
